COMETH Winter School 2021

Clinical Dataset Analysis

 Participant in COMETH Winter School are encouraged to use their own dataset during the training. To do so, COMETH provides the participant with access to a secured web interface. The analysis of clinician's dataset is conditioned by the submission of a Data Analysis Consent Form. This document ensure a safe, transparent and timely storage and analysis of the data. The participant is requiered to :

• Aknowledge the security measures taken, as described in the Data Privacy and Security FAQ.
• Fill up and submit the Data Analysis Consent Form using the COMETH Winter School submission system with the following steps :

1. Metadata - Title : Fill up with participant's name and a short description of the data
   
2. Author(s) :
   1. Fill up participant's information
   2. Fill up participant's affiliation
   3. Select participant as Speaker (Mandatory)
3. File(s) - Abstract :
   1. Download the Data Analysis Consent Form provided as template (you can also find it here )
      
   2. Fill it up
      
   3. Upload it ("Browse" then "Upload")
      
   4. Verify all informations are kept in the pdf version
      
   5. Hit "Next Step"
      
4. Overview : Verify dataset information, participant information, pdf of the Data Analysis Consent Form pdf and validate with "Submit"
   

• Your dataset information and consent form will be reviewed by the technical comitee before validation.
